Why can’t I add a certain symbol to my portfolio?
We don't allow you to add delisted or inactive stocks to your portfolio(s), please ensure that the stock you are attempting to add is active and currently listed.

How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address and change your profile details by clicking on the 'My Profile' link under the 'Home' section, or by clicking 'Edit my Profile' in the user toolbox.

Why can't I upload my profile picture? Please ensure that the picture you are trying to upload does not include any 'Spaces' in the file name, and that the format is either JPG, GIF or PNG.

How do I change my user name/alias? For security reasons we do not allow you to update your user name/alias. However if you have entered your real name or some other valid reason the requires your user name to be updated please email us on support@portfoliosharing.com

Can the portfolio system track currencies? No.

After eating, do amphibians have to wait one hour before getting out of the water? Not enough research has been done in this field to accurately answer this question.

How do use I use the trading system?

Can I recover a deleted portfolio or symbol? No, once you have deleted a portfolio or a symbol from a portfolio that data is removed from our database, the only way to retrieve that data is to re-enter into the portfolio system.
